We are seeking a dedicated International Sales and Account Manager (Junior) to join our team, combining strategic business development with excellent customer service.
Position Overview:
As an International Sales and Account Manager (Junior), you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, focusing on both discovering new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position requires you to spend 80% of your time in our Antwerp office, engaging in team-based customer service tasks, managing orders, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also work collaboratively to develop strategic plans to expand our international market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and explore new international market opportunities as part of a team-focused business development strategy.
– Manage the entire order process for international accounts, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment as a team effort.
– Handle customer inquiries related to orders, logistics, and payments, providing effective solutions with team support.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and teamwork.
– Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
– Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, acting as a brand ambassador for Deldo Autobanden NV.
– Participate in team meetings to discuss account performance, share best practices, and celebrate team achievements.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
– Experience in customer service, account management, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
– Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to thrive in a family-oriented company environment and contribute to team success.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and order management systems is a plus.
– Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
