Back in 1973, when Deldo was established, Jos and Paula were pioneers, daredevils and hands on doers. They were a perfect match, complimentary in every way. And they continue to be so today.
Jos’ commercial spirit and drive made him the instigator of our growth. Where others saw problems, he noticed opportunities. And like this, made Deldo to one of today’s leading players in the industry. In 1998 son Philip entered the family business, first as Sales Manager Germany and then as General Manager.
Paula from her side ran the whole administration and finances in the background. She received reinforcement when daughter Katleen joined the business in 2001.
This combination of talents was and still is the driving force of Deldo.
