DELDO was created in 1973 in a rented old brewery and with two other members of staff Jos and his wife began a company that has become one of the leading European and worldwide  tyre wholesalers.



The foundation of the new business were built on the combination of excellent customer service, a profound knowledge of the European market, strong and lasting business relations and these have helped DELDO become a major European distributor.

DELDO has a strong dealer network spread throughout Europe. For many years their own budget brand, Minerva has been distributed throughout Europe and this brand is of an excellent quality for a reasonable price. Since 2002 Fortuna became the third budget brand and has a main focus of Ultra High Performance. As well as these two brands DELDO is the exclusive distributor in Europe for Wanli and Sunny.



For each of these brands, DELDO has a specific strategy and target group. Based on the market of their customers, they offer regional / national exclusivity and besides the wide budget range, DELDO can supply a total range of tyres which they believe is one of their unique selling points.

DELDO also offers their customers flexibility, independency, low prices and quick delivery and service. With a daily handling of approximately 60.000 tyres, efficient internal communication and flexible planning they, with the assistance of their subsidiary Tyretrans N.V. which has 40 trucks and 80 trailers, DELDO can manage the majority of the transport routes themselves. However, as they co-operate more and more with specialised logistic companies, they can guarantee more and more express delivery.
