Internal developments sales / organisation
Since its foundation in 1973 Deldo Autobanden has realised consistent growth, and today holds a leading position in the European replacement market. A transparent policy, a healthy (family) spirit and an excellent service are still the key factors behind our success. During 2009 we sold almost seven million tyres!
A company can only be successful, remain successful and become even more successful through competent employees and a solid organisation. Deldo is always looking for new ways to professionalise the organisation and help the client to take a key role. An example here is the development of its sales department.
Business is still done between people, also in these times of internet webshops and online tools. To support our current growth we have expanded our sales department with new talent. Today, we have around 35 sales people, divided into 10 (national) teams. The last 12 months five new people started a career at Deldo within the existing teams. With approximately 12 nationalities we are serving our customers in more than 12 languages (with native speakers). This is a very important aspect when it comes to international sales! Our customers have one fixed representative, who is responsible for the complete process from initial offer to after sales. This results in quick and efficient service!
As of this year we have implemented an extra team within our sales (E-Commerce), specialised in processing internet customers and online ordering. Multi-language ability, experience and efficient processes will help to serve a wide variety of our customers’ needs.
Deldo’s management is convinced that 2010 can, with the support of its employees, also be a success. As always, our staff will invest in and support our customers. We wish to thank all our customers for the cooperation between us during 2009.
